Returns & Exchanges

At NIC+ZOE, we want you to love what you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the ship date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate your request and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment, minus a small return shipping fee.
